A brand-new still from the highly anticipated film “Avatar 3: Fire and Ash” has just been released. The image features Lo’ak, son of Jake and Neytiri, guiding the Tulkun Payakan back home. It’s also been revealed that a female Tulkun, named Tanok, will make her debut in the third installment.

In “Avatar 3,” the story will delve into the mysterious and uncharted territory of Pandora’s third Na’vi tribe, the “Ash People.” According to James Cameron, this new tribe will showcase a different side of the Na’vi, one that goes beyond their well-known benevolence. The “Ash People” are characterized by their rage and volatility. They are led by Varang, portrayed by Oona Chaplin, “who is willing to do whatever it takes for her people, even things we might consider evil.”

Furthermore, the third film introduces a new group of characters known as the “Wind Traders,” or the “Traling Clan,” led by Peylak, played by David Thewlis (best known as Professor Lupin). This new Na’vi clan travels across Pandora on enormous, jellyfish-like creatures.

“Avatar 3: Fire and Ash” is slated for release in North America on December 19th.
