*Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires* is the fourth installment in Disney Channel's original musical film series *Zombies*. Directed by Paul Hoen and written by Joseph Raso, the film continues the fantasy high school setting of its predecessors. The main cast includes returning stars Milo Manheim and Meg Donnelly, reprising their roles as zombie teen Zed and human cheerleader Addison. New characters are also introduced, including Freya Skye as Nova, the leader of the solar-powered “Daywalkers,” and Malachi Barton as Victor, a vampire who controls the power of wind.
The story follows Zed and Addison on a summer road trip, during which they unexpectedly become entangled in a conflict between two supernatural factions: the “Daywalkers” and the “Vampires,” hailing from the neighboring towns of Sunnyside and Shadyside, respectively. As summer camp counselors, Zed and Addison must work alongside their old friends Eliza (played by Kylee Russell) and Willa to mediate the tensions between the groups and unite them against a greater threat. Staying true to the series’ musical roots, the film features nine brand-new original songs and two remixed classic tracks. The first single, **“The Place to Be,”** has already been released.
The film is scheduled to premiere on the Disney Channel in the United States on July 10, 2025, and will be available on the Disney+ streaming platform the following day.
