Takumi Fujiwara's life is about to change in ways he never thought possible. With high school graduation approaching, Takumi must start planning his future. Meanwhile, news surfaces that a new challenger, the son of Takumi's father's greatest rival, Keisuke Takaiwa, has arrived on the scene, eager to surpass his father's legacy by defeating Takumi on the Downhill Course.
