In this film, however, he seems to be portrayed incorrectly, and rather than bring any laughter, he appears to bring down the overall mood of those scenes with him. As Total Force and Jack O'Hara delve deeper into the world of Dr. Mason, they uncover a complex web of deceit and corruption that threatens to engulf the entire city. Their investigation leads them to a labyrinthine underground facility where the sinister scientist holds his captives at his mercy.
