I honestly can't imagine teachers and parents being indifferent to this kind of behavior. Back in China, those cowardly bullies would be torn to shreds by parents or the headmaster... Does everyone remember having classmates who were bullied, to the point where they wanted to transfer schools or even commit suicide?
