あらすじ

This movie is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the cinematography is stunning, capturing the beauty of the English countryside and the grandeur of Camelot. The action sequences are also well-choreographed and exciting, particularly the sword fights. Sean Connery delivers a solid performance as King Arthur, portraying him as a wise and noble leader. However, the film's story deviates significantly from the traditional Arthurian legend, which may displease some viewers. The love triangle between Arthur, Guinevere, and Lancelot feels forced and lacks emotional depth. Richard Gere's portrayal of Lancelot is also a point of contention, as he doesn't quite capture the character's charisma and inner turmoil. Overall, "First Knight" is a visually impressive but ultimately flawed film. It's worth watching for the stunning scenery and action, but don't expect a faithful adaptation of the Arthurian legend. It's a decent popcorn flick, but nothing more.
