Isis Rising: Curse of the Lady Mummy

In ancient Egypt, a tale of love and vengeance unfolded with the rise of the mythical god-king Osiris and his wife, the powerful sorceress Isis. Their kingdom was prosperous under their leadership, and their subjects lived in harmony. However, Osiris' brother, Set, harbored a deep-seated jealousy towards his sibling and sought to overthrow him. One fateful night, Set's malevolent intentions boiled over, and he brutally killed Osiris, tearing his body into countless pieces and scattering them across the land. Determined to resurrect her beloved husband, Isis employed her mastery of the dark arts to revive Osiris from the afterlife. Set, learning of Isis' plan, intercepted her and had Osiris dismembered once more, ensuring that the fragments would remain hidden forever and prevent Isis from reigniting her love's life. But Isis' resolve was unbroken, and she vowed to exact a terrible revenge upon her brother, as well as reclaim her rightful place by the side of her beloved Osiris. Now, in the present day, a group of six college students are nearing the climax of their educational journey as archeology students. Their final assignment under the guidance of Prof. Shields and renowned Egyptologist Dr. Nasir is to catalog and document the museum's latest acquisitions. As the students work late into the night, their inexperience and lack of focus inadvertently unleash a long-dormant malevolent force. Unbeknownst to the group, they inadvertently awaken the long-slumbering spirit of Isis, whose wrath lies dormant within the museum's walls. As tensions rise within the group, it becomes apparent that not all is right with their latest academic endeavor. Initial excitement at their archaeological find quickly turns to unease and terror as the students begin to experience surreal and terrifying events.
