Many plot points eluded my understanding, but the brutal and cruel nature of French horror films is just too explicit, causing me to repeatedly sigh! If you can't even handle the likes of "Saw" or "Final Destination," then don't let your curiosity tempt you to watch this film, or you'll bear the consequences yourself!

What follows is a relentless onslaught of abuse, abuse, and more abuse... If martyrs are those who willingly sacrifice themselves for their beliefs, then the martyrs in this film are coerced into dying for someone else's twisted faith. The abuse aims to erase their very sense of self, turning them into prisoners of belief, left with no choice but to accept what they're told, ultimately leading to a state of trance and emptiness. Conversely, it reveals the perpetrators' own doubts about their faith, leading them to this shameless, absurd scheme to validate their beliefs. The result, of course, is utter futility...
