The story really falls flat. It's not just cliché, but the characters are poorly developed and everything feels chaotic. Why did the Director frame the male lead? What was the inciting incident supposed to be? It's all poorly set up! And then suddenly there's this overpowered savior who calls him "boss"—why? And the attempt to grab attention with LGBTQ+ elements... Inclusion is fine, but when everything is already a mess, it just feels like a cheap ploy for attention.
