あらすじ

Absolutely loved it! I feel like "The Witches of Eastwick" is severely underrated. It's a film about the legacy of patriarchy, the often-overlooked power of women, and a sisterhood forged by rejecting competition among themselves. It depicts an Eden where women raise children together, even in the absence of a traditional father figure, while consciously working to avoid the influence of chauvinism on the next generation. Jack Nicholson's performance truly is the movie's core; You both adore and despise him. The chilling line, "I can be whatever man you want me to be," really hits. Is falling in love with such a manifestation of desires and imagination a dream come true or a nightmare? Or perhaps just the beginning of a new hell disguised in sweet words. And I especially appreciated (loved) the women's transformation into being "slutty"! When I play life, everything goes well!
