High Lane

High Lane follows the story of a group of friends who have all come together for a long-awaited climbing vacation. The group consists of seasoned climbers who are eager to tackle the challenging terrain of the mountains, with some of them already having experience in navigating similar environments. As the trip commences, the group, led by Alex, begins to ascend into the mountains. At first, they are met with nothing but breathtaking scenery and a sense of camaraderie, bonding over stories of past climbs and shared laughter. However, early in their journey, they begin to receive warnings from park rangers that the mountains are closed due to safety concerns. Disregarding the warnings, the group shrugs off the caution and decides to continue their ascent, reasoning that the warnings must be unnecessary and that their experience would allow them to navigate the terrain safely. Unbeknownst to the group, their decision to disregard the safety measures would prove to be a fateful one. As the group progresses deeper into the mountains, they begin to notice that the scenery around them is becoming increasingly eerie and foreboding.
