あらすじ

Dracula transforms into a giant bat and punches his way through hordes of Turkish soldiers, leading a motley crew of vampire men, women, and children in a blood-soaked rampage. The special effects are decent, but lack innovation and excitement. The surprisingly mediocre story and dialogue are a real waste of potential; it's not even as lively as "I, Frankenstein."

Becoming a vampire offers incredible powers: telescopic vision, enhanced hearing, the ability to fly, move at Mach speed, and even battle with superhuman strength. Not to mention immortality, allowing you to pursue unfinished love stories even centuries later. The night sky becomes more beautiful and radiant, an experience inaccessible to ordinary people like us. If I could possess such godlike abilities, I would embrace them without hesitation (enough with the fantasies!).

Released on October 10, 2014, it played for 7 weeks. Rated PG-13, the movie peaked at 2,900 theaters and reached a high of #2 at the North American box office.

Vlad, played by Luke Evans, might be known for other…ahem…*adult* film genres, but damn, does he sell the tragic hero act in this! Seriously, for someone who might be more familiar with…a different kind of on-screen action, he's surprisingly convincing as your tortured, blood-thirsty prince. Highly recommend!

A medieval Batman with a dash of male Maleficent. A mere three days of superpowers, and he spends it all clearing out the fodder. Why didn't he just take out the villainous Iron Man's father the moment he stepped out of Tywin Lannister's shadow? Vlad, where's your brain at?
