For this genre, it's comparatively restrained. The extensive use of close-ups and the atmospheric build-up effectively drive the emotional development.

This was so bad, I honestly couldn't keep watching... I fast-forwarded through the whole thing and it STILL felt too long. I screenshotted a few scenes just to acknowledge I saw it. I'm in awe of the director's ability to create such a bland and pointless film. The constant close-up shots are ridiculous. This is a complete waste of time! It's even worse than Part 1. At least the Fifty Shades series had some sex appeal, a plot, and a decent soundtrack. What does this have? It's just a bizarre mess. Ugh, who am I kidding, I'm completely obsessed with Giulio Berruti, so I had to watch it.🙃
