2025: Blood, White & Blue

Plot
In a dystopian America where the government has implemented a peculiar social experiment called the Purge, the nation descends into chaos every year on the night of the 13th of March. The Purge is a 12-hour period in which all laws are suspended, allowing citizens to unleash their deepest desires for violence, and the rich and powerful can do whatever they want to maintain control. During this time, murders are not only unpunished but also celebrated. On the eve of the 13th of March, 2025, undercover U.S. agent Bill Wilson has just made the bust of his career. With his team, he has finally caught the notorious cartel leader, Jorge Manuel de Luna, who has been responsible for countless innocent deaths in the United States. De Luna, realizing the weight of his impending imprisonment, orders his top lieutenant to find and eliminate Wilson and his family. Unbeknownst to Wilson, the evidence of his operation has also been obtained by the cartel. When the evidence makes its way to de Luna, he orders one of his men to break into Wilson's home, plant bugs and hide some of the evidence, all with the intention of taking everyone out in one night. As the night of the Purge draws near, Bill's family, including his wife Pam and their two teenage children, Jenny and Charlie, have no idea what's about to hit them. The family goes about their evening routine, unaware of the horrors that await outside their door. The streets soon become a battleground as de Luna's people begin their rampage against the Wilsons. The cartel, determined to eliminate any potential threat, targets Bill's family. Meanwhile, as the night descends into absolute chaos, a group of vigilantes, known as the New Founders of America (NFA), emerges. This right-wing militia organization preaches the importance of American exceptionalism and the need to restore the nation to its former glory by any means necessary. The NFA takes an interest in the Wilsons, and, as the night progresses, they become embroiled in the battle for survival. As the city burns around them, the Wilsons must fight for their lives against both the cartel and the NFA. The family's fight is far from over; every move they make puts them in greater danger. The line between survival and death becomes increasingly blurred as time runs out. The Purge night, originally meant to be a 12-hour period of anarchy, turns out to be a far longer nightmare for the Wilsons. As the night progresses, the stakes are raised, and the Wilsons are forced to confront the darker side of human nature. The group of friends who take in Charlie Wilson are eventually slaughtered by a group of home invader burglars. With Jenny, the most outspoken of the children now missing, Bill must face his own limitations to find his daughter and rescue her, but things are getting more difficult by the minute. Eventually, in this chaotic night, we come face-to-face with some of the uglier realities about our society and our own human nature. What happens during the night on March 13th serves as a warning for us, that without proper oversight and control, our society can quickly turn into a nightmarish landscape of violence, destruction, and the complete loss of humanity. As the night comes to an end, a battered and bruised Bill is seen trying to make his way back to his home for one final confrontation, but the scene ends on a cliffhanger, and the audience can only guess what will happen next.
