Alice in Wonderland

Plot
The journey of Alice in Wonderland commences on a golden afternoon, a day of relaxation and leisure, yet one that would forever change the life of the young protagonist. Alice, an inquisitive and imaginative girl, finds herself in a familiar and mundane world, strolling with her older sister through the countryside. Their stroll leads them to a fork in the path, with the left road winding into a sun-dappled recess and the right keeping the open downs. As a momentary hesitation to choose which road to take occurs, Alice's eyes become fixated on a rabbit passing before her, scurrying along in a hurry. This seemingly inconsequential incident piques her curiosity, awakening the innate rebelliousness within her. Alice watches intently as the rabbit keeps pace with its surroundings, arriving at an extensive pond where a group of gardeners lie submerged in the grass. Disembodied voices from above urge the rabbit to consult his pocket watch. The pressing concern displayed by the rabbit as he desperately tries to arrive at a particular destination instills a twitch of envy and competitiveness within Alice's heart. Without hesitation, Alice offers the invitation to race, attempting to rush after the insistent rabbit. However, Alice, slightly out of breath, slows down; unable to catch up and losing her breath, she suddenly trips upon a hidden tree root and falls down a nearby rabbit hole. As Alice tumbles through the darkening space, she experiences an unseasonably rapid descent until abruptly landing with a bump. Dusty and shaken, she finds herself at the bottom of the hole, face to face with a curious-looking cake stand featuring exotic and sumptuous delicacies. She raises a finger to take a small red lollipop with an exuberant murmur of delight. Before her amazed by the sheer assortment are two broad glass doors which seemingly were not tangible features within her pre-existing world. Alice becomes utterly enthralled by this elaborate atmosphere. During Alice's amazement of this strange new place, a misshapen Caterpillar, sporting a profound air of serenity and experience, floats on a butterfly-shaped barge suspended amongst the lush, green plants. He indulgently delivers Alice's fate, at which Alice receives guidance, dispensed out in carefully measured phrases: 'you can't have everything;'. Also pointing out to her her present identity as a young 'great (old) pig' as an infant. Alice gains insight from the ever-aged Caterpillar's age-old words as she transcends into this world where the realm's abnormal and wonderfully dream-like sense stimulates her imagination and makes the very thought difficult to perceive reality and differentiate fact from fiction. Alice's surroundings gradually transform into this charming, odd new world, unlike any she could ever have envisioned. However, a series of seemingly absurd events unfold as Alice navigates a disorienting world, a realm where everyone appears bewildered, chaotic and governed by its entirely one peculiar and crazy morality and unwritten rules that pertain to every individual person. Here she converses with the inquisitive Dodo who, holding up their magnifying glass for clarity, assembles an idiosyncratic cast of eccentric characters drawn together to witness, attend, and discuss Alice and Dodo's conundrum concerning the 'criminal paradox known as the truth.' Furthermore, encountering a gleaming group of grinning smiling faces, whose every collective feature appears perfectly mirrored - to include white floral garlands, floral wreaths donning the faces of both male and female performers - contributes further challenge as well. Upon Alice entering the realm of the bizarre and unfathomable scene, she involuntarily forms herself capable and determined within the world's ever-changing chaotic whirlwind, simultaneously establishing unbreakable bonds with an equal feeling boundless amiable bunch 'friends' she enjoys this remarkable trip of laughter and adventures shared amongst these dillusional and amiable friends like the Cheshire's bizarre, cryptic smile.
