Avengers: Doomsday

A massive, ensemble event bears down on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. "Avengers: Doomsday" brings together a behemoth of legendary heroes, as they prepare to face their greatest collective challenge yet. Doctor Doom, the renowned supervillain from a multitude of parallel dimensions, has emerged as an enemy unlike any the world has seen. Behind his mask lies the mastery of unimaginable science and sorcery, born from the genius of both centuries of European engineering and the mysticism of the most arcane arts. Ancient and powerful artifacts now dot the globe, as a series of apocalyptic visions and calamities converge, drawing the very fabric of reality into chaos. Doctor Doom stands at the forefront, orchestrating the catastrophic turmoil in a dance of destruction orchestrated from the shadows of the labyrinthine castle that bears his name. As his realm teeters precariously on the precipice of collapse, an imminent threat threatens the very soul of the multiverse itself. With a grand fanfare, Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, enters the labyrinthine hall of Doctor Doom's imposing castle, marching towards the fabled Dark Six, the mystical artifact that gives him his life energy. The six enchanted gemstones reside in delicate, crystal spires that line a series of gleaming canals, shining bright like tiny suns. Tony falls to his knees before the throne where Doom, donning his regal Black Dragon mantle, beholds the visage of the Invincible armor-wearing Iron Man. Yet, a chill sets in as neither the Avengers nor other heroic groups dare underestimate Doctor Doom's resolve. Doom proves more willing than ever to sacrifice reality itself for one last bit of glory and another attempt to destroy all who dare to counter him – all, from Galactus, who reign over countless worlds, to Thor, who wield the elements of nine realms. The armies of Earth team up in response. Assembling across multiple battlefields on all of Earth to face Doom are key members of the Avengers including Captain Marvel and her unfathomable powers; the Hulk and his sheer physical might. Spinning into existence in a burst of golden light, Storm, from the fictional world of the X-Men and her symbiotic abilities to control the atmosphere. She intermingles with Wolverine who traverses a whirlwind of turbulent climates. Jean Grey also joins the ensemble effort of saving the multiverse. Standing as a capable, emotional representative of the cherished heroic code she carries forward along with her X-treme kin. Valkyrie hovers through the sky, who has gone beyond life itself and seeks to bolster those she believes to be worthy. From the world of Hellfire the fiery Red Guardian joins her amid the chaos. Captain Marvel must choose whether she will lend aid or lead the counterattack on the chaotic domains which seek destruction in order to do battle against the great, final monstrosities of the new realms they now encroach upon, among them those known as 'Covenant', an ancient destroyer that lurks everywhere beneath the stars. Next, Wakandans and Thunderbolt infiltrate enemy positions with stealth, utilizing methods that work in shadows against strategic battlescapes. No such position remains impenetrable – however – as visions begin flashing wildly upon one single, dissonant frequency. Intimately connected visions of vast wars through different worlds now sweep as with devastating repercussions through the diverse legion known as the X-Men. Charles Xavier's dream visions now lay torn apart. They burn away because a part of his brain suffers for every catastrophe he foresaw which could have ultimately broken him. Even amidst total chaos, a battle of psychological warfare begins to cast its influence. No one can any longer understand which realms their plans could bear fruit in – yet not bear negative consequences: Should Doctor Doom succeed or fall – more on the fate of known heroes depend upon every event that takes place upon stages strewn across these dissonant realms than anything actually spoken. Nonethless, amidst overwhelming despair as several of this "other" armies do lay beaten, Doctor Doom must lay his mask across a series to intergalactic assassins. Though they unleash their attacks relentlessly, this counter can be most fruitfully explored within an unfathomable interstellar universe that was made possible with this first glimpse of what the battle realm might truly look like from within these worlds called galaxies. Thunderbolts as these extraterrestrial warriors face war to their hilt. Little do they know that their valiant forces – out of nowhere and within the stars – will face every world under pressure across epic, colorful universes when making their plans very distinct across some celestial horizon – no sooner than they see storm-filled and blazing hell of the incipent final day battle stages being deployed. While their world – that is now their universal base upon the way – finally looses sight of each of their grand allies under overwhelming shadow of utter catastrophe when these X-Factor members of Marvel galactic universe stage a final decisive battle against the cosmic monstrosity called Oblivion. The chaos of celestial realms forms ahead to define the hero-worshiped legacies of these realms born on courageous combat.
