Bodies Bodies Bodies

Plot
The evening unfolds as a group of young adults congregate at the isolated family mansion, amidst sprawling woods and an eerie atmosphere. They are the privileged ones, with their privilege and entitlement written all over their faces. The group is comprised of Holly (Amandla Stenberg), David (Lee Pace), Mae (Chrissy Metz), Sophie (Rachel Sennott), Sofia (Mariah Charatan), and Greg (Pete Davidson). Their plan for the night is to play a farcical game of 'Bodies Bodies Bodies,' a horror-themed party game where one guest is the killer, and the rest attempt to figure out who it is before they get eliminated. As the night commences, the group indulges in champagne and cheap laughs, pretending to embark on this game for the fun of it. They are all bored with conventional social events and are craving the excitement and drama that the 'Bodies Bodies Bodies' game promises to deliver. As they commence the game, David is handed a copy of the 'murderer' handbook while Holly assumes the role of the in-game 'detective.' But little do they know, a real killer has infiltrated their midst. It turns out that the identity of the killer isn't a fun twist or a gimmick – but the actual reality they are facing. When the first victim falls, the tone quickly shifts from joy and humor to fear, panic, and distrust. Panic starts to kick in as the remaining players frantically try to remain calm, assume different identities to confuse each other and proceed with the game according to the original rules, all while pretending that everything is still under control. However, things escalate from there. More deaths occur forcing everyone to think seriously about how the killer got in and why they chose to reveal themselves at that very moment. Fueled by a cocktail of self-preservation and guilt, paranoia shoots up to new levels, as does the tension. Sofia, who initially appeared as the object of a game for David, at one point stabs him. Dave, upon revealing himself alive, points fingers at his friends for the murder, culminating in an argument between Sofia and David that abruptly ends when David winds up dead too, only adding to the desperation of their situation The young adults huddle together in the chilly, dark house, desperate for a way out of this nightmare, knowing that they could be the next to be killed. With an enormous number of possible killers among them, the only instinct left for them is fear. Each one has to navigate the tight web of their deceptions and suspect one another of being the real killer behind the party game. David's sudden arrival at the party was also filled with implications of deeper intentions and plans at hand. His claim that he had seen the killer all night is an ominous suggestion added to the sense that despite the chaotic confusion in the mansion, someone very much knows what they are doing, effectively making the body count grow perilously fast as the kids stay to catch a killer. In one heart-pounding scene, the contestants in 'Bodies Bodies Bodies' are convinced that the house itself has become a maze from which they can't escape. Despite appearing in their mundane, out of context scenarios, their seemingly irrelevant choices start to add up into an unexpected picture of a night with unflinching terrors. What they've gradually understood, by starting with caution and ending in desperation, is that they can be the killer all this while.
