In a shocking revelation, Boruto discovers that a rogue ninja with his face is terrorizing the village. Boruto soon learns that the masked ninja is no other than Momoshiki, who, with the use of a strange, magical seal, has acquired the ability of the ten tails beast, a jutsu known as Otsutsuki, making him almost invulnerable. Boruto, accompanied by Sarada, Mitsuki, and their friend Denki, devises a plan to stop this rogue ninja and save their village. In what can only be described as a thrilling conclusion to the film, Boruto, along with his friends, faces off against their powerful foe, engaging in breathtaking battles that test their ninja skills to the limit.
