Okay, here's the translation of your review into English, aiming for a tone that reflects the whimsical and slightly cynical take on the movie: "Cinderella II: Dreams Come True" feels like three mini-stories stitched together with varying degrees of…charm. The first act sees Cinderella getting the royal treatment. There's a new sheriff in town, and she's determined to re-invent royal traditions, playing the role of a modern princess by prioritizing her PR. The second act involves a mouse getting a human makeover, only to realize that even with such a transformation, he can't compete with Prince Charming(for friendship, or love?). Ultimately, he concludes that going back to being a mouse and marrying another lovely mouse is the better path. The third act features two instances of forgiveness leading to romance. The cat doesn’t get his break but one of the spiteful stepsisters finds love. Which makes one pause and question, why Cinderella III finds the stepsisters still scrubbing floors? Extrapolating about how the mouse fares in this context. It becomes clear that the timeline in episode 3 must come after the conclusion of Cinderella II. A mouse tale as the story goes.

While it can't quite measure up to the original, I still enjoyed it. It's like catching a glimpse of Cinderella's everyday life off-stage, and it's still lovely. Three stories are told: one about changing the old rules of the Royal Court, another about the mice turning into people to help Cinderella and then back again, and a third about one of the stepsisters finding true love.
