In the City of Angels, a world parallel to Los Angeles exists, inhabited by guardians who observe, assist, and protect the city's inhabitants. It is within this realm that Seth, a guardian angel, finds himself enamored with Maggie Rice, a brilliant and determined heart surgeon who has dedicated her life to saving lives in the mortal world.
