The Nohara Family, consisting of parents Hiroshi and Misae, and their rambunctious four-year-old son Shin-chan, had always been too busy juggling work, household responsibilities, and their little one's antics to ever consider a romantic getaway. That was, until Misae stumbled upon an unassuming yet enticing travel package to Australia. The package promised a leisurely vacation in a foreign land, complete with sightseeing excursions, cultural experiences, and an affordable price tag that fit comfortably within the family's budget. As soon as they arrived in Australia, the entire Nohara Family, including Shin-chan's grandfather, Himawari, and later Shiro, set out on an adventure, filled with excitement and a healthy dose of the unpredictable. The initial days of their trip were marked by visits to popular tourist attractions and a relaxing atmosphere that was much needed by the entire family. Hiroshi and Misae used their holiday to finally enjoy each other's company outside of the stressful routine of everyday life, but little did they know, a new ordeal awaited them. During one of their outings, while shopping for local items in a quaint Australian town, Hiroshi vanished without a trace. His disappearance sent panic waves through the family and authorities in Australia. The Noharas scrambled to locate Hiroshi and soon discovered a treasure map hidden within one of his personal belongings. This map hinted at a treasure that had gone undiscovered for centuries in the area, making various factions of individuals all over the world take notice of their potential connection to this long-lost fortune. In Australia, the Nohara Family began to unravel the threads behind Hiroshi's disappearance. A mysterious, masked man had kidnapped their family member; the reasons behind his intentions were unclear but hinted at a much broader scheme at play beyond the simple recovery of a family man. This figure of intrigue, known as "Dorami's Boss," revealed an elaborate plot to steal the map from Hiroshi and exploit it for personal gain. As the remaining Noharas - Misae, Himawari, Shiro, and Shin-chan - journeyed to find their missing family member, they encountered numerous adversaries who wanted the treasure map. One of these individuals - a charming and cunning woman - joined forces temporarily with the Noharas, providing them with assistance against the masked figure's henchmen in order to help secure the map for her own objectives. She had an ulterior motive to find the map and was also working for the mysterious mastermind behind Dorami's Boss. Shinnosuke, or Shin-chan, a young boy known for causing chaos wherever he goes, soon became the driving force behind the Nohara Family's mission to find their abducted family member. His carefree and spontaneous approach allowed him to navigate seemingly impossible situations, providing the family an unexpected edge in their pursuit of finding Hiroshi. As the Nohara Family traversed across Australia in search of clues that would help track down Hiroshi, they encountered diverse groups of people - some of whom joined forces in a bid to get to the treasure before the rest did. The journey proved an eye-opening experience for Hiroshi as well, who was struggling to survive in his confinement within a hidden treasure cave. His connection to a historical figure connected to the secret treasure hinted at the significance of this discovery. His captor, Dorami's boss, sought Hiroshi's cooperation, knowing that he could unlock a long lost treasure and secure personal wealth as a result.
