Plot

In the 1949 American film noir, Criss Cross, Burt Lancaster stars as Steve Thompson, an armored car guard who falls deeply in love with Anna, played by Yvonne De Carlo. The charming and seductive Anna, who works as a nightclub singer, has left Steve and married a notorious gangster named Dixie Parker, played by Stephen McNally. Despite their tumultuous past, Steve finds himself drawn to Anna once more when he receives a distressing call from her while on a job transporting a large shipment of cash.
