Dear Evan Hansen

Evan Hansen, a socially awkward high school student struggling with social anxiety, finds himself entangled in a web of deceit after his life takes an unexpected turn. When Connor Murphy, a classmate who had a reputation for being popular and charismatic, unexpectedly takes his own life, his family and friends are left in shock and desperation for answers. One of Connor's friends, Cynthia, discovers a series of handwritten letters that Evan had written to himself as a coping mechanism for his anxiety. The letters were meant to be private, but they inadvertently find their way into Cynthia's hands. Among the letters is one that Connor had allegedly written to Evan, expressing his admiration and gratitude for their unlikely friendship.
