As the storm begins to clear, Dora and her friends say goodbye to their new rainforest friends and set off on the long journey back to their own village. Though they have accomplished their goal and retrieved the treasure, Dora realizes that the true treasure was not gold or jewels, but the memories and experiences they shared together. As they emerge from the rainforest, Dora turns to her friends and says "Hola!" - a greeting that symbolizes the end of their adventure and the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. The movie ends with a final shot of Dora and her friends walking off into the distance, ready for their next adventure together.
