Fast Five

In the midst of the bustling streets of Rio de Janeiro, former cop Brian O'Conner and ex-con Dom Toretto are living a life on the edge. They've managed to evade the authorities for quite some time, but a recent run-in with the law has put them in a precarious situation. The two have been in hiding with Dom's sister, Mia, and her husband, Vince's, friend, Rico, who was actually just a friend that was killed in previous films. After a series of intense chases, Brian and Dom have found themselves facing off against a ruthless federal agent, Luke Hobbs, who's determined to bring them to justice. As the clock ticks down, Brian and Dom come up with a daring plan to pull off one last heist in Rio, with the goal of securing their freedom. They recruit a team of skilled thieves, each with their own unique set of skills, to help them execute the job. There's Gisele, a beautiful and deadly Brazilian cop with a troubled past; Mia, Dom's sister, who's become a skilled driver and a crucial part of the team; and Luke's right-hand man, Han, who's not as loyal as everyone assumes. The team also includes Santos, who becomes a crucial member of the crew, working with Vince's friend who was killed, he is an expert hacker and helps to gather intel for the job. The team's plan is to steal $100 million from a corrupt businessman, Hernan Reyes, who's been laundering money for the Brazilian government. Reyes is a cunning and ruthless individual who has no qualms about using violence to get what he wants. Dom and Brian know that they'll have to be careful if they want to get out of Rio alive. As the team begins to assemble, tensions rise, and old rivalries start to surface. Han's loyalty is put to the test when he's forced to choose between his loyalty to Luke and his loyalty to Dom. Meanwhile, Brian and Dom's relationship is put to the test as they begin to question their motivations for working on the opposite side of the law.
