From Me to You

Plot
Sawako Kuronuma is often considered an outcast by her peers at school, but this perception hides her true nature - a kind-hearted and positive-minded girl. She has a fascination for Shota Kazehaya, a charming and friendly boy who is well-liked by everyone in school. Despite being shy, Sawako looks up to Kazehaya and observes his interactions from afar, admiring his kindness and generosity. Kazehaya, however, is aware of Sawako's admiration for him, and he secretly harbors feelings for her. Despite having many acquaintances at school, including Chizuru and Ayane, who become fast friends with Sawako, Kazehaya feels a strong connection to the introverted girl. As Kazehaya begins to open up to Sawako, their friendship blossoms, and they spend more time together. Their relationship starts to gain the attention of their classmates, particularly Kurumi, a cunning and manipulative girl who takes a liking to Kazehaya. Kurumi becomes jealous of the connection between Sawako and Kazehaya, claiming that she and Kazehaya share a deeper connection and even proclaiming her love for him. Torn between her own feelings for Kazehaya and her loyalty to her friends, Kurumi's actions cause tension in Sawako and Kazehaya's blossoming friendship. Meanwhile, Sawako struggles to navigate her own emotions, unsure if Kazehaya truly perceives her in the same light. As they try to discern what the other feels, the distance between Sawako and Kazehaya seems to grow. Throughout the story, Sawako's friendships with Chizuru and Ayane provide an escape from her feelings for Kazehaya and Kurumi. Her interactions with them serve as a distraction, enabling her to explore her own identity outside of her unrequited love. Chizuru and Ayane's relationships with Kazehaya, on the other hand, create a complex web of emotions and rivalries that threaten to upset the delicate balance of Sawako and Kazehaya's budding romance. As the narrative unfolds, Shouta finds himself pulled between Kurumi's affections and Sawako's kindness. Kazehaya navigates this complicated social landscape, struggling to reconcile his feelings with his need to stay true to himself. Through their interactions, a poignant exploration of the intricacies of human relationships is presented, where love, friendship, and loyalty constantly intersect and blur. However, despite Kurumi's declarations of love, the true feelings between Sawako and Kazehaya remain unresolved. The story's core question, whether they will ever find out about each other's emotions, hangs precariously in the balance, as Kurumi's jealous actions cause further tension and the delicate friendship of the two central characters continues to unravel.
