Plot

Frozen II picks up several years after the events of the first film, with Queen Elsa and her sister, Princess Anna, enjoying a period of peace in the kingdom of Arendelle. However, the tranquility is disrupted when Elsa begins to hear a mysterious and ancient voice calling to her from the sea. The voice, which Elsa starts experiencing through her powers, seems to be speaking to her in an unknown language, creating unease and uncertainty within the queen. As Elsa struggles to comprehend the voice's message, Anna suggests that they embark on a journey to uncover the truth behind the voice's origins and the ancient power that's controlling it. Kristoff, Elsa's faithful companion, and his loyal reindeer Sven join the quest, along with Olaf, the lovable and endearing snowman brought to life by Elsa's magic. The group sets off on an perilous journey far into the forest, navigating through treacherous landscapes and overcoming numerous obstacles. Along the way, they enlist the help of a reindeer-like creature named Nama, as well as the warrior-like Rykkar. As they delve deeper into the forest, they begin to uncover the secrets of their kingdom's past and the true depths of Elsa's powers. In the process, the group discovers that their kingdom is built on top of a mystical realm known as Ahtohallan, a place of immense power and ancient magic. Through their journey, the characters learn about the history of their kingdom, as well as the truth about their ancestors and the original inhabitants of Ahtohallan. The group also comes across an enchanted waterfall that holds the key to understanding the voice's message and the secrets of Elsa's powers. As Elsa and her companions draw closer to the heart of the forest, they encounter the dark forces of the Shadow, a malevolent entity that threatens to destroy Arendelle and plunge the kingdom into eternal darkness. The group discovers that the Shadow is an ancient evil that has haunted the kingdom for centuries, feeding on the negative emotions and fears of its people. With the fate of Arendelle hanging in the balance, Elsa must confront the dark forces head-on and use her powers in a way she never has before.
