The undead terrorist complained about the horrors of modern life, from the inconvenience of online shopping to the indignity of having to use a paper towel to blow one's nose. His dark humor was met with cheers and applause from the audience. Of course, no show would be complete without a visit from the charming, yet rather eccentric, José Jalapeño on a Stick. José regaled the audience with his latest cooking exploits, from making spicy tacos to attempting to make a rather impressive looking cake. However, it quickly became apparent that even the most skilled of culinary artists can have a few mishaps in the kitchen. Finally, it was time for the grand finale - the return of Larry, the high-strung, chain-smoking presidential adviser. With his trademark wit and sartorial elegance, Larry took the stage, berating the President for his various mishaps and missteps. The audience roared with laughter as Larry berated the President for everything from his latest diplomatic faux pas to his penchant for eating donuts in the Oval Office. As the night drew to a close, it was clear that 'Beside Himself' was going to be a night to remember. With a cast of colorful characters and a healthy dose of humor, Jeff Dunham's Netflix special was set to be a hit with audiences everywhere.
