Juna Furniture

Plot
Juna Furniture revolves around the life of Govind Pathak, a retired man who is struggling to cope with the fast-paced world of modern society. His son, Abhay, is in his late '30s, married to Suhasini, and they have a child together. However, Abhay's life takes a drastic turn when Suhasini dies under mysterious circumstances. The case is investigated, and despite the police's best efforts, the charges are eventually pinned on Abhay. The younger generation is more concerned with living their lives as they see fit, without paying attention to their parents or the elderly members of society. This attitude towards senior citizens is one that Govind cannot fathom. He reminisces about the care and respect he received from his children and grandchildren during his youth, and compares it to the way Abhay is being treated. As Abhay's case comes to a head, Govind decides to speak up in his defense. He begins to share his life experiences and how his children and grandchildren used to take care of him when he needed it. He also shares stories of the difficulties faced by senior citizens in today's society, who are left to fend for themselves with little or no support. Govind takes matters into his own hands and starts to fight for the rights of senior citizens. He decides to take up a simple yet effective method to bring back attention to their plight. He starts a furniture-making workshop and begins selling his wares from a makeshift stall in the market. The stall becomes popular, and soon people begin to visit Govind regularly to buy furniture and share their experiences. As people get to know Govind, they are moved by his story and share their own tales of woe. Govind's workshop becomes a platform where people can come and talk about their problems and share their experiences. This gives him an opportunity to connect with the younger generation and spread awareness about the struggles faced by senior citizens. Govind's efforts do not go unnoticed, and soon he finds himself being approached by people who are willing to help. They form a group to help senior citizens, and Govind becomes the face of their campaign. The group starts to organize support and advocacy efforts for the elderly, including petitions, protests, and meetings with local authorities. Throughout the campaign, Govind's message of love, care, and respect towards senior citizens resonates with people. He emphasizes the importance of spending time with family and taking care of elderly parents. His message inspires others to do the same, and Abhay's case starts to gather attention from people who want justice to prevail. In the end, Abhay is finally cleared of all charges, and the real truth behind Suhasini's death is revealed. However, the impact of Govind's campaign goes beyond Abhay's case. The awareness and support generated for senior citizens leads to significant changes in the way society treats its elderly. The movie ends on a hopeful note, with Govind's message of love and care still resonating in the minds of the audience. It highlights the importance of family bonds and the value of taking care of elderly parents, and encourages people to be more considerate and compassionate towards those who have contributed significantly to society.
