In the gritty streets of New York City, a man known as Arlo (played by Liam Hemsworth) lives a life on the fringes of the law. A skilled money launderer, Arlo has built a lucrative business helping those with ill-gotten gains to clean their dirty money. He is a man who operates in the shadows, always keeping his distance from the chaos that comes with his line of work. One fateful morning, Arlo awakens in a blood-soaked bathroom with no memory of who he is, where he is, or even how he got there. The only clues are a suitcase full of cash, a duffel bag containing an assortment of illicit substances, and a cryptic message scrawled on the mirror with his own blood: "Tell them, it was Victor".
