Plot

In a world on the brink of chaos and destruction, the cosmos has foretold the prophecy of the reincarnation of a goddess. The stars converge in the form of five sacred stars that embark on a perilous journey to safeguard humanity from descending into chaos. Among these celestial bodies is the goddess Athena, who has chosen a mortal – Seiya, a strong-willed and unyielding orphan – as her protector. The story begins with Seiya's search for his abducted sister, Aisha, who holds the key to unlocking his destiny. Seiya's resolve to find her is unshakeable, leading him to cross paths with a mystical man named Saga, a white-haired and gentle giant with untold powers. Saga reveals to Seiya that his sister has been taken by the vengeful god Phaeton, a fallen deity who seeks to harness the divine power of the goddess to ignite a catastrophic war that would reshape the cosmos. As fate would have it, Seiya unintentionally taps into his dormant powers during a violent confrontation, hinting at an elemental connection he could hardly fathom. Amidst this realization, he discovers that he is one of the seven holy warriors destined to wield the power of the cosmos – a sacred group of knights known as the Knights of the Zodiac. These knights have been predestined by the cosmos to shield the reincarnated goddess and ensure the fragile balance between the forces of good and evil. Aged 17, Seiya has now embarked on an incredible adventure that transpires the realization of his latent powers and unwinding hidden recesses of his soul. Upon this revelation, Saga dedicates Seiya as an official Knight of the Zodiac, infusing him with the protective aura of the gods via a ritual act known as the Blue Dragon constellation. Seiya finds himself thrust into a complex world governed by mystifying events and eternal forces that shape history. Between camaraderie building friendships with fellow Knights —: Saori, Shiryu, Shun, Hyoga, and Andromeda, the magical adept that protects the divine — he faces many life-threatening trials in preparation to join the honored group. While wrestling with his innermost demons, Seiya grapples with a self-doubt rooted in his capacity to rescue Aisha from Phaeton's clutches. Seiya's immense resolve shines as he experiences encounters that prepare him to reconcile his unsightly, lonely, yet intense past. The bonds between the knights lead to moments of comradery as well as internal conflicts where they struggle with responsibility and honor both individually and collectively as a team bound by Athena's cosmic aspirations. Seiya discovers, in this mythological passage of his life that challenges humanity, he confronts Phaeton. Locked in a tempestuous and treacherous bond, with the fragile existence hanging precariously in the balance –the world awaits a triumphant destiny. The trials and sacrifices Seiya undergoes allow the once powerless and defenseless child to unfurl his genuine stature. True self-discovery awaits Seiya. His quest has altered, driven mainly by cosmic guidance that fosters to reunite with Anais, forge an unbreakable bond with his companions as a part of the group known as the Knights of the Zodiac, who in totality are predestined to live out the dream of the gods. In respect of fate, he sets afoot not only to bring his past to concord, but also to acknowledge his promise, as protector to the Goddess, unlocking an unimaginable world of unseen powers.
