Maggie Simpson in "Playdate with Destiny"

Plot
Maggie Simpson in "Playdate with Destiny" is a 2020 American computer-animated television film produced by 20th Century Fox Animation. The film revolves around Maggie Simpson, the pacifier-obsessed baby daughter of the iconic "Simpsons" family, who lives in Springfield. The story begins with Maggie being on a playdate at the Springfield playground, where she starts playing with her favorite toys and gets separated from her parents, Homer and Marge. As she explores the playground, Maggie finds herself stuck in the tube of a slide, from which she's unable to slide down safely. Just as she's starting to panic, a young baby named Estella emerges from the tube below and helps Maggie navigate out of the tight spot. Elated by her newfound hero, Maggie quickly becomes smitten with Estella, and the two babies spend the remainder of the day playing together, sharing snacks, and getting into mischief on the playground equipment. As they frolic around, Estella shows off her impressive baby skills – she can crawl swiftly, say a few words, and has a cute giggle. Maggie is enchanted by Estella's charm and confidence. As the day comes to an end, Maggie is returned home by her parents, but her mind remains preoccupied with thoughts of Estella. She starts to wonder if she will ever see her new playmate again, and Marge reassures her that she will undoubtedly meet another friend soon. However, Maggie remains disheartened, and it takes her favorite "Binky" pacifier to calm her down. The next day, Maggie is once again out with her parents, when she accidentally lets out a loud wail when she sees a toy in the store window that reminds her of Estella. The scene quickly shifts to France, where Estella is shown playing on the Eiffel Tower with her family. Maggie discovers that Estella is actually from France and has been visiting her grandparents. Elated by the news, Maggie's eyes light up with excitement, and she immediately starts planning a trip to France to see Estella. Homer, initially hesitant due to the high travel costs, eventually warms up to the idea and books a flight for the family. However, things don't quite go as planned, as the trip to France becomes a series of comedic misadventures. When the Simpsons arrive in Paris, they start looking for Estella's grandparents' house. They get lost in the city's narrow streets, and a brief misunderstanding leads them to accidentally pick up the wrong baby from a stroller. As the chaos unfolds, the Simpsons finally find Estella's grandparents' house and are greeted warmly by her family. However, it turns out that Estella has grown up significantly and has little to no recollection of Maggie. Disappointed and heartbroken, Maggie tries to make the most of their reunion by engaging in various activities with Estella, including a trip to the Eiffel Tower. Despite Estella no longer recognizing her, Maggie remains optimistic and decides that the experience is still magical, given the fact that she met her. As the trip comes to a close, Maggie has mixed feelings about saying goodbye to Estella. She realizes that though Estella has outgrown their initial connection, their friendship is still special, and Estella will always hold a place in her heart. In the end, Maggie returns home with her family, and as they bid farewell to their Parisian adventure, they reminisce about the time they spent together as a family in the city of love. The film concludes with Maggie back in the United States, having a newfound appreciation for her family and recognizing that sometimes the most magical experiences come from unexpected places.
