Overhaul
Plot
As the sun sets over the desert highway, Roger's life is on the brink of collapse. A former professional truck racing champion, his skills have lost their luster and his reputation has taken a hit. With nothing left but the worn-out tires of his beloved truck, Roger finds himself stuck in a rut, struggling to make ends meet. Enter Victor, a smooth-talking and ruthless gang leader who senses an opportunity too good to pass up. Recognizing Roger's exceptional driving skills, Victor makes him a proposition: work as the getaway driver for his crew of thieves in exchange for a hefty sum of cash and a chance to redeem himself on the racing circuit. At first, Roger is hesitant, knowing that Victor's operation is anything but legit. However, with no other options in sight, he reluctantly agrees to join forces with the gang. As they embark on a series of high-stakes heists, Roger finds himself torn between his newfound sense of purpose and his growing unease about the morally ambiguous nature of their activities. As tensions rise within the group and the stakes become increasingly perilous, Roger begins to question whether he's truly cut out for this life. With each daring escape and narrow squeak, he starts to realize that there's more at stake than just the thrill of the ride or the promise of a big payday. The lives of innocent people are being put in harm's way, and Roger must confront his own demons to decide whether the rush is worth the cost. In this pulse-pounding thriller, Overhaul takes viewers on a heart-stopping journey through the high-risk world of truck racing and organized crime. With its breakneck pace, clever plot twists, and memorable characters, it's an adrenaline-fueled ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

Optimus Prime would be bursting with pride if he saw this film.

The big rigs are eye-catching, but it's a shame you're not driving a Huanghe Prince Steyr!

"Overhaul" is a miss. Not recommended.

This feels like a straight-to-video Fast & Furious knockoff, but with a bargain-basement director, cast, script, acting, and special effects. It's like they took everything that was already wrong with the Fast Saga and dialed it down even further. This franchise is already on its last legs, and "Overhaul" is just kicking it while it's down.
