Shooter is a 2007 American action thriller film directed by Antoine Fuqua, based on the 1997 novel 'Point of Impact' by Stephen Hunter. The film revolves around the life of Bob Lee Swagger, a decorated Marine Corps sniper who has left his military career behind after a mission goes tragically wrong.
