It is confirmed by detectives that the hospital did everything by the book, except the medical team did provide will with clear instructions and other essential information which would have allowed them to avoid the outcome that occurred involving his daughter. They also discovered that Will's wife in the time she died by sepsis had filled out an advanced directive before her life-ending illness took hold that set out the plan of how to handle most medical decisions for next of kin in this situation: which was she would like the care of her daughter's by any means to be taken by her for this very procedure. Leaving Dr William Burns questioning what ifs and anger. In the midst of the outpour of grief, Will sets out an audacious and perilous journey. Their delayed actions caused the death of Will's daughter by his wife, which turned Will's world around to one of anguish, anger, and pursuing the truth behind Covaxia's operations and seek exact justice. The company initially denies responsibility in any way. Following more incidents, Will's quest eventually forces Covaxia's employees, directly involved in covering up death of Rachel and numerous other individuals and his efforts, to take a closer look at Will which puts him more in the line to get arrested. Determined to see justice through to its end, Dr Will uses his wit and intellect gathering information. So, Will now makes clear that although they left him alone with his dead daughter and without a spouse now decides his courage and resources together become unyielding to be to never let the system win. The narrative now shifts towards an uplifting trajectory where Will gets vengeance while guiding you and your daughter, Jesse.
