Wrong Turn

At the onset, Jen along with her companions sets off to travel the Appalachian Trail, encompassing ten states in what is often referred to as one of the most beautiful hiking routes in the United States. Basking in the hopes of capturing majestic scenic vistas and challenging her limits along the country's most extensive trail, Jen prepares for an expedition of adventure that marks a pivotal juncture in her life journey. The group comprises of skilled individuals adept at traversing challenging terrain and have been informed to remain alert as to avoid unfamiliar regions. Jen along with her companions cautiously tread on the extensive trail that traverses through mountains, dense forests and winding mountain paths reaching to the depths of their untapped existence. However the group is made up of outsiders who have never experienced the perils that lie between what appears to be a concrete path laid out by nature for the sole purpose of trekking. Despite Jen along with her companions displaying unwavering confidence and fortitude, signs begin surfacing of an oddness and tranquility in the landscape, laced with an unseen danger that looms over their approach to unknown regions. One of the principal dilemmas encountered by Jen along with her companions is drifting off course, and breaking away from the prescribed Appalachian Trail route that their initially seemingly laid out safety net and the understanding that the best route was followed. Little does the protagonist realize that drift in the route would sooner or later unleash the unseen ferocity residing within the hidden valley of the mountainous terrain. While pursuing an adventure through unparalleled grandeur, a twist unfolds when the unsuspecting group finds themselves navigating unfamiliar territories where Jen becomes increasingly frightened of the eerily desolate landscapes before them. Inheriting a sense of senselessness a somber feeling creeps over Jen along with her companions and raises an unexpected concern. Unbeknownst to Jen along with her friends, a myriad of secrets have been concealed behind the veil of the intimidating and intimidating mysterious environment the forest wears, an environment now staring with full indifference at their unfolding destiny. Habituating their way through unknown territories the group inadvertently stumbles upon what they least expected - land inhabited by a previously unknown enigmatic group known as 'The Foundation'. An unseeable and intangible unseen being; who in concealing their presence through astutely employing primitive camouflage and a predominantly well-structured governing system have achieved an uncanny power of camouflage to outlast an encroaching presence - this is the 'Foundation'. An intense rivalry brews as their presence sets them pitted against the Foundation - a community living in line with a bizarre society that has grown deep into a lifestyle steeped in the fears and dejection associated with outcasts of the community living in its hems. It gradually becomes apparent to Jen along with her companions that their adventure turned hazardous when an unseen sinister hand reaches out to strike. Deprived of choice, this relentless onslaught would not just ruin the fun-filled interlude of adventure they had long looked forward to, but could well claim their lives. Wary of any actions that seem incitement for attack from the unknowing mountain dwellers. In line with this heightened danger of loss of their very lives, they embark on the perilous journey to secure themselves and protect themselves from destruction which is unfolding on a daily basis as tension escalates in areas within 'The Foundation's territory'. Stunned by their own unfamiliarity of a grim reality hiding behind 'The Foundation', all sense of rational thinking deserts the group as a complete uncertainty grips them. Given a deluge of surprises all but every instinct within them fails to stop them doing anything whatsoever that has even for an instant escaped the domain of their rationalizing reasoning and self preservation is over as disbarments present an immediate threat of claiming their lifelines at any given time to succumbed and leave nothing left behind but remains of an incomplete trail. This would leave everyone only at a mere point of desperation when it is clear that nothing happens without being the offshoot and the root of catastrophe, ever happening in the dark heart that beats within the earth laying in motion - until the unseen stultified nightmare bursts upon the unsuspecting, bringing the dreams, and treading hearts to a dead halt suddenly out of the realm of their perception. In the film of a fatal turn of events and disarray amongst their surviving entourage under the influence of the bewildering and untold happenings about 'The Foundation' - ultimately disconsolate a harsh end awaits the unknown trespassers as confrontation is brought forward in the true spirit of mortal suspense, battling in anger - only with one other intent, their instinctively violent opposition becoming a recurring and unending happening.
