あらすじ

The reasoning behind Ghost's actions is unbelievably lame, but aside from that, there are quite a few dark humor laughs to be had, and the action sequences are pretty satisfying, even if they look a bit painful.

How to rip off "John Wick" and "Bullet Train" on a budget while still maintaining a presentable facade? — Move the story onto an airplane! It sounds like a grand, spectacular production, but all it takes is building an interior set and filming all the narrow-space fight scenes entirely in a studio. They even forgo the quintessential airplane crash landing scene so common in this type of film, saving it for a possible sequel. The various flashy fight sequences are amusing enough, making effective use of the airplane's spatial characteristics. The significant involvement of everything from concealed weapons to chainsaws gives the film ample B-movie charm reminiscent of the "Three Flavours Cornetto" trilogy; it almost transforms into a full-blown exploitation flick of madmen battling it out. Josh Hartnett has aged remarkably well; it's like watching him grow up...

Wasn't expecting much from this low-budget flick, but it turned out to be surprisingly decent. It's like a bloodier, more violent, airborne version of Bullet Train. Josh Hartnett is perfectly cast for this kind of role. And seriously, with Josh wielding a chainsaw, isn't it time for him to star in a Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie?

Dumb but relaxing, especially when those characters who seem like mini-bosses appear. The build-up and hype are all there, making you think they're about to unleash some ultimate move, but then *poof* they're gone in an instant. That just cracks me up! There's this absurd feeling of "I'm supposed to be the main character in my own narrative, but I'm perfectly fine playing just a minor role in someone else's story." Overall, I feel like almost all the chit-chatty dialogue scenes could be cut. The fight scenes would be even better if they were more intense and extreme. I can only imagine how amazing a long-take fight scene in a confined plane space would be. A solid three-star flick.
