Reviews
Cooper
Following the same formula, the story is significantly weaker than the first installment, and Chucky loses the mystique he once had. It transitions from suspenseful thriller to a full-blown slasher horror film, with more brutal and gory killing methods. However, the plot tension is improved, and the atmosphere is emphasized effectively. The climactic showdown in the toy factory is one of the most iconic and memorable scenes in the entire series.

The first one I actually watched was the VHS tape of this sequel, and I was just blown away by the concept.

Seriously? Stabbed through the heart and it *still* comes back? The plot's definitely stretching it a bit. And compared to the original, this one ramps up the gore factor way too much.

Stupidly funny, humorously terrifying, with a delightfully wicked childlike sensibility.
