Evolution

In the comedy "Evolution," David Duchovny plays Dr. Alan Grant, a paleontologist at Harvard University, although that's not the character that is first named as Dr. Alan Grant in the opening scenes as those occur but shortly the movie begins to branch off into another distinct Dr. Alan Grant played by David Duchovny and continues as Dr. Ira Kane played by David Duchovny who is a scientist of a top-secret government lab. Dr. Ira Kane, along with his colleague Dr. David Hoeniger played by Julianne Moore, discovers that the cause of a mysterious meteor storm hitting the Earth could be the result of new forms of alien bacteria being brought down. However, when researchers from the military step in and overpower their lab, it is evident the government's intention is not for scientific discovery however for global control. Caught in the chaos, Dr. Kane is suddenly thrust into a nightmare when he's thrown out in the field to the area of Yellowstone National park by accident along with two graduate students, Dr. Hoeniger (although incorrectly referred to again, her actual name being 'Dr. Harker') is moved in by accident as well and becomes stuck at their location of being in Montana and Travis Timmons played by Seann William Scott, a clumsy, somewhat-awkward student also joins. And Professor Harrison, a disheveled, more eccentric climatologist, played by Julianne herself mistakenly, then later correctly revealed to be Harrison played by, and no actress, that is ' Orlando Jones'. After hitting upon these peculiar individuals that David's escaped to, they must now assist with a top-secret military operation team in order to retrieve one of the most critical specimens to use in the virus's creation which includes extracting an exculpatory glob located under Harrison's umbrella. With so much seemingly intertwined with these actions unfolding, the cast somehow feels trapped. The crew's operation, like Dr. Ira, is under, is suddenly taken over unexpectedly in lieu of a new government order. A leading figure, Frank Vitchner, not from government but under his high command is revealed under government affiliation, he becomes the, leader, where they instead have been assigned under other military involvement and high-ranking power. Vitchner discloses that his genuine mission appears to be more related to destruction than for the utilization. That he has an established agenda so that he alone can destroy those un-desirable alien samples throughout the U.S and it would later turn out that the group was actually searching for aliens. Most notably, around this fateful moment, the townspeople who unknowingly witnessed these innumerable organisms which include green goo bubbling up in nearby river or many townspeople after drinking the poisoned contaminated water. All experience mutated physical changes. However later these are seen to combine into many different types of newly created life which are equally and often quite dangerous and all would either further re-evolve such creatures to enhance their killing abilities and make Earth a blood-curfew for all.
