Plot

Here's the film summary: Flesh Gordon Meets the Cosmic Cheerleaders (1990) is a campy science fiction comedy that continues the adventures of Flesh Gordon, a space-faring hero and stud who first appeared in 1974's Flesh Gordon. This sequel finds Flesh Gordon kidnapped by a group of cheerleading aliens from the planet Zorgon, who are desperate to use him as a key component in their plan to save their home world. The Zorgons are being threatened by Evil Presence, an ominous force that is draining the life force out of their planet. The cheerleaders believe that Flesh Gordon's "unique energy" is the only thing that can counteract the effects of Evil Presence and restore balance to their planet. They take him aboard their spaceship, where they begin to prepare him for a ritualistic sacrifice. Meanwhile, space marshall Dale Ardor and his trusty sidekick, Dr. Jaffe, are on the hunt for Flesh Gordon. As they close in on the Zorgons' ship, they become entangled in a series of bizarre and hilarious events involving the cheerleaders' leader, Starla, and her team. As Flesh Gordon navigates this strange new world and tries to escape from his captors, he finds himself getting caught up in the Zorgons' fight against Evil Presence. Along the way, he must confront his own identity as a hero and figure out whether he is truly willing to put the needs of others ahead of his own desires. Flesh Gordon Meets the Cosmic Cheerleaders is a loving parody of science fiction tropes, filled with humor, action, and plenty of over-the-top space opera moments. With its colorful characters, campy style, and irreverent humor, this film is sure to delight fans of cult cinema and anyone looking for a fun and lighthearted adventure in space.

"Cock Rockets, Dickey Monsters, Tits and Tease, Rock 'n' Roll, Superman Spoofs... this cosmic stew of silliness is an absolute blast! Highly recommended!"

This sequel was totally unnecessary! Seriously, it's just... bad! Not even in a fun, guilty-pleasure way, but just plain trashy. It crosses the line from bad taste into outright sleaze.

A sequel to the 1974 cult classic "Flesh Gordon," this film continues the tradition of absurd parody, but lacks the creative spark of its predecessor. Gone are the impressive special effects, replaced with a greater emphasis on characters costumed as bizarre and outlandish creatures. Without subtitles, the plot is difficult to fully grasp, but it essentially revolves around rescuing a damsel in distress (though initially, the "hero" is the one in need of saving).
