Plot
Krrish is a 2006 Indian superhero science fiction film directed by Rakesh Roshan and produced by his production house, Filmkraft Productions. The movie is an Indian take on the Spider-Man storyline and follows the life of Krishna, a young boy who possesses superhuman abilities. The film begins with Rohit Mehra (Hrithik Roshan), a scientist and inventor who lives in Mumbai with his wife Nandini (Priya Gill) and their son Krishna (Hrithik Roshan). They spend their days enjoying a happy family life, but fate has other plans. Rohit, in an attempt to save Krishna from getting electrocuted in a power substation, exposes him to a massive quantity of electromagnetic radiation. This accident has an unexpected consequence – Krishna starts developing superhuman abilities, including super speed, telekinesis, and enhanced senses. As Krishna grows up, he uses his powers for good, protecting people from harm and becoming a selfless superhero known as Krrish. He starts to fight against the evil forces that have been oppressing the citizens of Mumbai. However, Krrish's true identity remains a secret, and he wears a mask to keep his loved ones safe. Krishna's love life, however, takes a hit. He falls for Priya (Priya Prakash), a beautiful and intelligent woman who is initially unaware of Krrish's identity. Their romance blossoms, but the complexity of Krishna's secret makes their relationship challenging. Meanwhile, a ruthless and cunning villain named Dr. Siddharth Sinha (Naseeruddin Shah) and his accomplices, Dr. Prasad (Rakhee) and Mr. Sinha (Ashim Das), have a score to settle with Rohit. Dr. Siddharth is the estranged son of Rohit and Nandini's best friend, and he has been seeking revenge against his father for years. Dr. Siddharth is a mastermind and uses his wealth and knowledge to commit crimes and exact revenge on the people he feels have wronged him. As Krrish delves deeper into his superhero life, he starts to uncover the truth about his past. He becomes obsessed with finding the truth about his parents, leading him on a journey to understand his identity and the reason behind his powers. Throughout his journey, Krrish must confront Dr. Siddharth, who is hell-bent on destroying everything that Rohit has built.
