In the vibrant world of ShopWell, a sprawling supermarket filled with an assortment of products, life seems ordinary and mundane for the food items. However, nothing could be further from the truth, as unbeknownst to the products, their existence is merely a facade. They believe their purpose is to be consumed and enjoyed by the "Great Beyond," a mystical realm that promises eternal bliss. The story begins with Frank, a hot dog, living a simple life on his shelf. He spends his days engaging in trivial conversations with his best friend, a bun named Teresa, who shares his passion for existential questions. Their idle chit-chat often revolves around the topic of the Great Beyond and their eventual demise. One fateful day, a charismatic and wise-grass character named Brendon is chosen to leave the supermarket. Brendon's departure sparks an avalanche of excitement and curiosity among the other products, particularly among the food items. Frank, who feels like an outcast among his fellow sausages due to his eccentric and questioning nature, becomes increasingly fascinated by the unknown. Brendon, before leaving, utters an innocuous phrase that sends shockwaves of anxiety throughout the shelf. In an attempt to ease Frank's worries, Brenda leaves behind a cryptic message etched on a box of cereal, stating "Don't eat me!"
