In the idyllic town of Mill Valley, Pennsylvania, on a chilly Halloween night in 1968, a group of teenage friends found themselves on a mission to play a harmless prank on their school bully, Tommy Miller. The prank didn't quite go as planned, as the bullies' cruel intentions often do, and Stella, an endearing and adventurous young girl, had to think fast to talk her friends into backing off.
