The ship is inhabited by a group of suspicious characters, including the enigmatic ship captain, Mr. Blackbeak, who seems to know more than he's letting on, and the mysterious 'First Mate' who is rumored to be a former pirate. As the ship begins its journey into the depths of the Bermuda Triangle, a sense of unease sets in among the passengers. Legend has it that strange occurrences and supernatural entities roam the Triangle, making it almost impossible for people to survive. Shaggy is worried about the ghostly happenings, while Scooby remains more concerned with food. As a storm brews, the ship starts to take on water and is heading for a catastrophic collision. However, Fred quickly comes up with a plan to stop the ship's sinking before it's too late. In the chaos that follows, the mystery deepens, and strange occurrences on the ship start to occur. One of the passengers goes missing, only to be found in the brig. Upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the missing person has been replaced by a pirate doll, with a note that reads: "You'll never leave." The Mystery Inc. gang is tasked with unraveling the mystery behind the Bermuda Triangle, the treasure, and the pirate dolls that seem to be haunting the ship. Velma, being the resident researcher, does her best to find a connection between the Bermuda Triangle and the legend of a pirate who had a hidden treasure. Daphne becomes increasingly curious about the mysterious First Mate, who is acting suspiciously. As the investigation unfolds, Shaggy and Scooby become trapped in one of the ship's cargo holds, which houses the ship's treasure. They soon discover that the ship's treasure is fake but the real treasure is an item related to the Sea Goddess and her crew. The crew starts to suspect each other of being the culprit behind the haunting, and they decide to form an alliance against one another. Throughout the journey, Fred and Daphne's relationship becomes more visible as they grow closer in their efforts to uncover the mystery. Meanwhile, Scooby-Doo keeps finding Scooby Snacks that were dropped by an unknown person on the ship, which seems to be leading him to the mysterious treasure. As the mystery unfolds, the group eventually discovers the identity of the First Mate, who is revealed to be a descendant of the legendary pirate from the treasure legend. It is also revealed that the mysterious First Mate is not the main culprit behind the haunting but rather a pawn in a larger scheme by a rival treasure hunter known as the 'Baron of the Black Dragon.' The Baron, a ruthless pirate hunter with a passion for finding the Golden Anchor of the Sea Goddess treasure, is responsible for creating the hauntings and setting up the ship to sink. After a thrilling finale that involves navigating through pirate traps, outsmarting the Baron of the Black Dragon, and saving the ship from sinking, the Mystery Inc. gang unravels the mystery behind the Bermuda Triangle. They successfully claim the treasure, uncovering the legend behind the 'Sea Goddess' and solving the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle's ghostly past.
