Shark Tale

Plot
In the vibrant underwater city of New Reef, Oscar, a small cichlid fish, aspires to be a hero. His constant boasting about his exploits, although often exaggerated or fabricated, garners attention from his fellow fish. Oscar dreams of fame, fortune, and the adoration of the citizens of New Reef. However, his inflated sense of self-importance often gets him into trouble, and he struggles to achieve his goals through genuine accomplishments. In a surprising twist, Lenny, a great white shark, befriends the fish. Unlike the typical portrayal of sharks as bloodthirsty predators, Lenny is a vegetarian who feeds on plankton. His unusual diet raises eyebrows among the fish, who mistakenly believe that Lenny preys on the very creatures he is trying to protect. Despite his best efforts to prove his friendly intentions, the fish shun Lenny, fearing for their safety. Meanwhile, Lanny, a bespectacled fish, is a master fabricator who is fascinated by Oscar's outlandish tales of heroism. Recognizing an opportunity to advance his own career, Lanny encourages Oscar to fabricate an even more extraordinary story – one that would solidify his status as a hero. Oscar, caught up in his own ego and fueled by Lanny's assurance, lies about being a protector who chased the shark terrorizing the reef. He takes credit for saving the city from certain doom, although the truth is that it was Lenny who had been chasing the actual killer whale, Don Lino. The tale of Oscar's bravery spreads like wildfire through New Reef, transforming an ordinary fish into an unlikely hero. His newfound fame earns him admiration and adoration from the fish, but Lenny is cast as a monster, forcing him into isolation. Hurt and insulted by Oscar's deception, Lenny struggles to understand why the fish won't give him a chance. The growing chasm between the two friends creates tension, and Lenny begins to grapple with the morality of keeping his true nature a secret. As Oscar's fame grows, so does his guilt. He becomes aware of the misunderstandings and misconceptions surrounding Lenny and the city's fears of the great white. Oscar knows that he must make things right and decide whether to own up to his lie or allow his newfound status to consume him. Their unlikely friendship is put to the test when Oscar realizes that he must find a way to rectify his actions. The citizens of New Reef hail Oscar as a hero, but the truth starts to unravel when Angie, a schoolteacher fish who is close to Oscar, discovers his fabrication. In an attempt to save his reputation and restore his friendship with Lenny, Oscar concocts an even grander tale of bravery, stating that he, not the authorities, had apprehended the shark responsible for the great white attacks. Oscar's actions spin out of control, and chaos erupts in the city as he appears on-screen credits as hero, however unbeknownst that only makes the shark anger more. Lenny becomes convinced that Oscar has sabotaged him once more and breaks into Oscar's pad with his veggie and friendly shark crew. In an argument, the two friends get lost and slip into a desperate course of action. Oscar creates 'disco-drum fire', and Lenny responds by crashing into the disco-ball-drum. The outcome doesn’t prove either heroes but in its dramatic closeout gets acceptance from 7 people from previous movie in the sea. Due to the accidental demise of his home and his disco drum which destroyed the whole reef from nearby reef outfalls.
