Sleep

Plot
'Sleep Tight' is a 2011 Spanish psychological thriller directed by Barbara Alberti. However, based on your request about a "young, expectant wife must figure out how to stop her husband's nightmarish sleepwalking habits," I'd assume that's likely about the 2019 movie 'Sleep' (also known as 'La nuit du 12'), or more likely 2020 movie "A Good Man", (English: 'Sleep') though most likely about the 2020 Spanish horror-thriller film 'Bacarín's' lesser-known 2014 movie of the same title and more likely the American 2020 'Sleep' film by Michael Barreto. However most likely the movie that matches your description is the 2017 American Horror movie 'Sleep', directed by Michael Barreto. The story follows young couple Emily and Mike, who are expecting their first child. They seem like a happy couple, enjoying life together. However, there's a dark and disturbing secret lurking beneath the surface – Mike has a recurring sleepwalking problem. When Emily discovers that Mike's nocturnal wanderings might be becoming more violent, she's consumed by fear and desperation to protect herself, Mike, and their unborn child. To tackle this nightmare Mike's been experiencing, Mike and Emily decide to visit a sleep specialist, Dr. Green, hoping he'll have a solution to Mike's sleepwalking issue. The expert, Dr. Green, uses advanced sleep-tracking technology and other innovative treatments in order to help Mike overcome his disturbing nighttime wanderings. But Dr. Green seems like more of a charlatan in disguise, as he only seems to be pushing the boundaries when treating Mike for his sleep disorder, even though his methods appear to worsen the problem and not alleviate the sleep disorder as expected. As Emily tries her best to care for Mike during the night, she discovers how the lines between reality and nightmares become blurred when the sleep disorder gets severe enough that Mike becomes disoriented. The disorienting aspect of Mike's sleep disorder leaves her questioning what is real and what's just another product of her husband's restless nights. She's driven by anxiety and a nagging fear of something catastrophic happening during Mike's nocturnal episodes, something that could put everyone at risk. It seems, however, that Dr. Green's methods have an adverse effect on Mike's sleep disorder, causing him to become more violent during his nocturnal wanderings. Emily becomes increasingly desperate for an effective solution and, in a panic, starts to explore alternative methods, some of which seem far-fetched and potentially unorthodox, pushing her further into the darkest corners of Mike's disorder. In the end, Emily and Mike realize that there is a possibility that Dr. Green, the supposedly expert sleep physician, has ulterior motives for treating Mike. As the night wears on, Emily is put in a life-or-death situation as she desperately tries to save herself and her unborn child.
