The Hills Have Eyes 2

Plot
The Hills Have Eyes 2 takes place shortly after the events of the original 2006 film, The Hills Have Eyes. The movie expands on the storyline introduced in the first installment, focusing on the aftermath of the tragic events that unfolded in the desert. The story begins with a group of 14 Army drill sergeants, who are part of an elite National Guard platoon from the 12th Division, arriving in New Mexico to participate in a joint Army-Navy drill exercise. The exercise's objective is to prepare the soldiers for potential situations that they may encounter in combat zones. The chosen area appears to be a barren, remote section of the desert, and the drill sergeants are unaware of the horrors that have been lurking beneath the surface. During the exercise, one of the soldiers stumbles upon a mysterious abandoned mine shaft while exploring the desert terrain. Unbeknownst to him, this mine shaft is actually the lair of the same clan of cannibal mutants who terrorized the Carter family in the original film. The mutants, led by the vengeful skinhead, Big Alice and her cohorts, have been using the mine shaft as a sanctuary and planning their retaliation against the human population. Meanwhile, a local park ranger, Bobby Davis, approaches Major Jefferson of the National Guard and informs him about the mine shaft and the cannibalistic clan that resides there. Major Jefferson disregards the information as mere urban legend and dismisses the idea of cannibals existing in the desert. However, when the soldiers arrive at the exercise's location, strange occurrences begin to unfold. One of the soldiers, Alexia Cross, discovers a mutilated body near the mine shaft. Panicked, she stumbles upon the mine, where she encounters Big Alice and her kin. The National Guard soon learns of the gruesome find and decides to investigate further, only to discover the gruesome reality of the situation. Upon entering the mine shaft, the soldiers find themselves in a desperate fight for survival. With few supplies, they are faced with the unimaginable horrors that lurk in the depths of the mine. They fight for their lives against the well-armed and ruthless mutants. The National Guard soon finds itself facing a desperate battle for survival in the depths of the mine.
