Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things

Plot
In the 1972 horror classic, Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things, six aspiring actors, led by Alan, find themselves on a remote island with a dark history and a sinister purpose in mind. The group, which consists of Alan and a group of friends, consisting of his girlfriend Marcia, Jerry, Ron, Susan, and David, are all seeking fame and success in the acting world, but none of them have had any notable break yet. Seeking new material, they arrive on this desolate island, which has a macabre fascination on them. Alan, in particular, is the driving force behind their expedition, which seems more like a twisted experiment than a genuine attempt to explore the local culture and history. It is during one of their explorations of the island's remote graveyard that they stumble upon some sort of ancient tome. This grim and ancient text, seemingly an arcane treatise on necromancy, is an old and supposedly powerful ritual. Intrigued and perhaps driven by a morbid curiosity, Alan decides to try out the ritual. This ritual calls for them to dig up bodies from the local graveyard and reassemble the remains to make sacrifices of them, believing that this will give life. Without much consideration for the potential consequences or even the actual feasibility of carrying out such actions, the group enthusiastically commits to attempting the ritual, even though they are warned about potential outcomes. They proceed with an eerie and ominous ritual, which is depicted on-screen with haunting and unsettling imagery. Once the ritual begins, eerie green fog surrounds the performers, making it look as though they're summoning something truly malevolent. As the ritual is completed, a sense of unease settles over the group. They're initially ecstatic that the ritual seems to have been successful. The island itself becomes awash in misty green fog that has an eerie ambiance and makes their experience on the isolated island seem surreal and nightmarish. They soon realize, however, that the dead are, in fact, walking among them, and these resurrected zombies start to devour their flesh. Panicked, they are left reeling, trying to comprehend the reality of their situation and figure out a way to escape the nightmare that they themselves have unleashed. But with the dead on the rise, they are not prepared to confront such a terrible fate, and they realize that their actions have led them to the brink of their own extinction.
