The female lead is a square-faced MJ.

1. A bit bummed there weren't any blue eyes, but the supporting cast was solid. Brief but delightful cameos from Satoshi Tsumabuki and Vin Diesel. 2. The main characters are...not the most attractive bunch. 3. Some of the music tracks were pretty good. 4. The Evo IX is a beast! 5. The drifting scenes were excellently shot! Thanks to the Beijing Film Festival! Watching it on the big screen with Dolby was awesome! My eardrums are still vibrating!

The biggest pity is that loli who clearly had a crush on the protagonist but just chewed gum and never spoke! Ten times better-looking than the female lead's Taco Bell-shaped face and shoe-like features! VD (Vin Diesel) was just a cameo, but that one bromantic line overshadowed the entire movie full of Japanese wannabe drifters. Han was pretty cool, with a touch of Eastern philosophy in his dialogue. But how did he die and then come back to life? Was it a body double or something? Also, I've been listening to the OST for ages without realizing it was from this movie. Bring back the original crew!

Damn, THIS is a real racing movie! The best one in the whole series. I was so impressed when I watched it in high school. Drifting and mountain roads are the real deal, THAT'S what takes skill. I'm more into Asian chicks, and the main girl is so damn charming. I was genuinely heartbroken when Han died. That final, all-or-nothing race was so freakin' intense! Highly recommended, no arguments! Screw that 10-second bullshit, that's kid stuff.
