Hazel, the ever vigilant hedgehog councilor with far-reaching influences, who's also looking to save the Valley's valuable history, turned out to be an unlikely informant on the whereabouts of the Golden Beehive's next hiding spot. Sophie skillfully analyzed a fragment of fabric caught in one of the museum's ventilation ducts, from which an improbable suspect was pinpointed – it was revealed that Thomas, a humble craftsman and distant relative of the founding family, had motive – there were rumors that his family had initially discovered the Golden Hive themselves, however, it was hidden, as per their wishes. The priceless structure was simply too stunning for his ambitions to let it go without trying.
